Giving great importance to internationalization in education, Istanbul Gelisim University offers educational opportunities to its students and graduates with international accreditation and protocols signed with foreign universities. Making significant investments in its physical capacity, human resources, and opportunities for students to become a “Reputable World University”, IGU started a very ambitious breakthrough process in 2017.

Istanbul Gelisim University, which voluntarily participated in accreditation evaluations from health sciences to sports sciences, from social sciences to engineering sciences by applying to German, British, and US accreditation institutions, became the university with the highest number of internationally accredited programs in Turkey as a result of the evaluation. As a result of quality assurance evaluations, as of spring 2018, a total of 65 programs of Istanbul Gelisim University were examined in detail by international expert committees appointed by organizations such as AQAS, AHPGS, PEARSON, ABET and found suitable for accreditation.
